2. Core:

A. Cabin side (vertical surfaces): Divinicell or equivalent cross linked foam -3/4" coring
B. Cabin top and deck (horizontal surfaces): 1" E.G.B.
C. Hull interior: solid series of laminates
D. Exposed areas to be sanded smooth and painted

3. Deck / hull joint:

A. Between deck and hull flange: 3M 5200
B. Inside of joint: 3 layers M & W.R.
C. Mechanical fastening: 1/4" X 20unc Thru?bolt on 6" centers where accessible

4. Longitudinal Stringer

A. Hull: 5 full length port and starboard, engine beds, and floor stringers
B. Deck: per design N50-008-R sht1/2 & 2/2

5. Interior floors: Per design N50-008-R sht 1/2 & 2/2

6. Ballast: 3,500 lbs or as needed of internal iron
