Specs - Plumbing System

1. . Water tank:

A. Number and capacity: 3 tanks totaling 300 gallons
B. FRP
C. Sounding rods
D. Inspection plates: Appropriately positioned for access
E. Each tank air tested: 2 pounds per sq. inch

2. Fuel tank:

A. Number and capacity: 4 tanks totaling 1,350 gallons
B. FRP
C. Inspection Plates appropriately positioned for interior access
D. Two engine room fuel tanks fitted with a sight gauge. This gauge consists of a gate valve at the top and bottom of the tank and a glass tube between. With the valves open the operator gets an exact reading of the fuel remaining in each tank. The glass tube is shrouded from top to bottom in a stainless steel channel to prevent any possibility of breakage.
E. Each tank to be air tested to 3 pounds per sq. inch
F. Provide baffles on 24" centers

3. Fuel pipe and hose:

A. All fuel lines and fittings to be Aeroquip.
B. Vent lines to be fuel certified, reinforced hose by Lawrence
C. Stainless steel fuel selection manifold per PAE design selection manifold to include extra supply and return for optional generator and one additional supply for addition of a diesel appliance (ie: heater, stove).

4. Water hoses:

A. Cold water: Quest 1/2" PVC
B. Hot water: Quest 1/2" PVC
C. Sea water hoses: Reinforced rubber certified for marine use and provided with double stainless steel clamps below the water line

5. Water heater: Seaward S1100 (11 gallon) for 110 volt and heat exchanger operation

6. Thru Hulls: Bronze body, S.S. Balls and Teflon seats

A. Grounding wire: #10 gauge green wire
B. Each thru hull to have a clearly visible tag indicating each thru hull's use

7. Fresh water Pressure pump: (one) PAR 36800-1000

8. Water selection manifold: Stainless steel - Each ball valve labeled

9. Accumulator tanks: (two) Par 30573-0000 , 1 at fwd shower and one at aft shower

10. Plumbing fixtures:

A. Head sinks: Sealand #1320-01
B. Galley sink: LUXIS Corner sink
C. Head faucets: Grohe Model chrome #21.175
D. Galley faucets: Grohe Model chrome #33.790-IL
E. Shower fixtures: Grohe chrome #33.683 mixer with accessories:
#28.051 hand shower, #28.820 shower bar, #28.151 hose, #28.627 union, #28.856 soap dish

11. Shower sump pump: 2 Par 3061-0012

12. Bilge pumps:

A. Electric: Par 36600?00 Diaphragm with 34875 auto switch & 36200-000 strainer
B. Manual: Edson Model #638 operable from main salon

13. Toilets:

A. Owners: Groco K electric
B. Guests: Groco K manual
C. Each head fitted with a Par #45510?0000 Y valve allowing sewage to be pumped overboard or into holding tank.
D. Holding tanks: 2 FRP
E. Holding tank pumps: Henderson MH 0501 (two)
F. Each holding tank fitted with a deck pump out
