The fully equipped galley features Corian® countertops, full-sized appliances and plenty of storage space.

This beautiful main saloon has all the comforts of home. Leading up to the pilothouse on the starboard side, a day head or laundry room can be specified.

White laminates are used to keep this stateroom light and cheery.

A forward stateroom has a double island bed surrounded by shelf lockers and built-in drawers. A large overhead hatch provides excellent ventilation.

P.A.E. has raised the bar of luxury with its interior design of the 57. Because it incorporates a greater beam/length ratio, an increased volume in its hull sections and carries its beam further aft than other designs, the 57 offers a significant increase in interior space.

The main saloon is available with a number of layouts. Typically, a large dining table and settee that seats five faces an entertainment center, and two large chairs provide additional, comfortable seating. Alternate plans with a second settee are available. The adjacent location of the large, fully equipped galley is convenient for entertaining. A number of galley layouts are available, all of which provide the gourmet chef with space and equipment comparable to the best equipped home kitchens. Full-sized refrigerators, freezers, stoves, ovens and sinks are typically used, and some owners have ordered trash compactors and dishwashers for added convenience. Access to three staterooms is through a stairway from the wheelhouse. The standard layout includes two staterooms with double berths and a third stateroom with upper and lower berths. The master stateroom is located amidships and includes a private head with separate shower. The forward staterooms share another large head with separate stall shower.

The exquisite woodworking skills first demonstrated in the world class P.A.E. Mason sailboats are on display throughout the 57, and the joinerwork and beautifully varnished finishes are true works of art. Owner's input is always welcome in creating an interior that is specifically designed to suit particular needs and decorating ideas.

For offshore safety, owners will find properly built fiddles and hand holds wherever needed. Drawers and doors are built to stay closed in rough weather, using the finest hardware available. Storage cabinets, shelves, lazarettes and lockers are found wherever there is space available. Cabin soles are beautifully finished in hard woods, durable tile and luxurious carpeting. Extra attention is paid to quality lighting, especially in areas that are used during night passagemaking.

Modern, reliable generators make climate controlled cabins a reality, and the typical 57 is air conditioned and heated throughout. Even when running offshore in less than ideal weather, the owner and crew can be assured of total comfort.

Luxury and offshore capability are two qualities that stand out on the Nordhavn 57, and they are clearly demonstrated everywhere in this well planned, beautifully executed interior.
