	Russell Barber - General Manager of Commissioning for Nordhavn Worldwide Russell is responsible for supporting and coordinating the commissioning workload between our six locations and establishing a uniformity and consistency for all Nordhavn deliveries worldwide. A licensed captain for many years, Russell is a lifer in the boating world. During his tenure at PAE, he has developed a successful safety program, an excellent team of technicians and has consistently turned out large quantities of boats completed to high standards.Contact Russell at russell.barber@nordhavn.com
	Sarah Copper - General Administrator of Commissioning Operations for Nordhavn Worldwide Sarah started at PAE in 2002 working on boats and now oversees many different projects in the commissioning department. Her main functions are serving to support Dana Point’s commissioning manager as well as handling all administrative duties for the department. Other aspects of her job include managing parts and materials for all boats undergoing commissioning, coordinating slips and moorage for the Nordhavns and brokerage vessels down at PAE’s very busy docks, and functions as PAE’s safety coordinator in which she helped establish policies and compiled the company’s safety manual.
