Yap to the Philippines
Saturday- Day 2

We are having a good run so far with 14 knots at our stern and 6 foot following seas. Thunderstorms last night gave us a spectacular show from a distance. Not much squall activity today.

The boat is running really nice in these seas, nice slow motion, water rushing by the hull at 8.4 knots right now. We should be in Cebu in about four days. A quick splash of fuel and on we go across the Sulu Sea, through the Balabac Strait south of Palawan, dip down below the Spratly Islands and on to Singapore.

I am really looking forward to getting to the Philippines. I have had a lifelong dream of crossing the Pacific in a boat and upon reaching the Philippines, I think that will be done. I guess I should just mosey on down to Singapore, just to make sure.
