Unbelievably, the 30 knot winds and miserable seas have calmed down. Swell is from the west and now has a pattern to it rather than the chaos we have been experiencing. Wind is on the nose but dropped to 15. I seem to recall that we are in that location where the winds will almost always die on you if you are in a sailboat going SE.
