Sloppy confused four foot seas, wind on the nose at 20 kts. Speed has slowed to about 6 kts - sometimes less depending on what is hitting us.

My hat is off to Dave (iron man) Harlow for doing NORDHAVN's longest leg - mostly in these types of conditions - without even a suggestion of a complaint.
