How do deal with one another when you disagree or get upset with one another?

Amanda, aboard our Nordhavn, it is a bit different than say a husband-wife team. We are doing a job and on this job we have a boss - in our case, a Captain. Dave is very good about asking for an opinion from each of us, and from our feedback, a decision is made. When it comes to cooking, cleaning or whatever, each of us jumps in and takes care of whatever needs to be done. We all respect the other's privacy. All in all, we are very lucky in the fact that we get along well with each other.
