What impact do the Paravanes and Naiads have on vessel performance. i.e. speed and fuel consumption?

The
Naiads are usually more efficient than the Paravanes and take
less speed away - about 2/3 of a knot for the Paravanes, 1/2
a knot for the Naiads. Naiads are easier to deploy while Paravanes
are easier to repair. Paravanes are half the price.
