“Admarell” is new to the market and has been lovingly cared for by her owners unfortunately are not able to use her for extended cruises currently due to business pressures. She is well maintained and actively for sale. She was designed with Nordhavn’s popular B plan which is very similar to some of our newer designed Nordhavn 52’s. She is one of only a handful of N46’s equipped with a flybridge allowing for 360 degree visability while maneuvering or running the vessel.
Nordhavn 46 Hull # 42 was ordered by her original owners for long term live-aboard capability. Many custom storage area’s were incorporated into the factory build and we believe this boat has more storage than any other 46. Those area’s in particular worth mentioning are:
Double Wide, full length cedar lined closet in the master stateroom
12 Cubic Ft Pantry built into the companionway
3 good size cabinets lining the starboard saloon wall (flat screen tv hidden there as well)
Extra cabinets built into the galley
Additional cabinets on the port wall of the guest stateroom
This boat was built with a K.I.S.S. philosophy and it has resulted in a boat that can be cruised extensively without constant maintenance of complicated systems. The boat has everything that is needed for a couple to cruise comfortably and in safety.
Tour of the boat:
The interior of “Admarell” is teak with a satin finish. All living spaces are heated or cooled with SMX individual unit controls (3 Zones). Floors are teak & spruce soles throughout the boat.
The main saloon is accessed from the stern of the boat through a large sliding door. This arrangement allows for a large settee & table area on the port side with full settee on the starboard side. This allows for easy access through the salon and is a great space for entertaining.
The galley is at the forward end of the saloon and offers large countertops that can be used for passing items to the saloon or as a breakfast bar. The galley is well laid out with ample storage.
Sub-Zero Freezer with Icemaker
2 Burner Electric Stove Top
GE Microwave / Convection Oven

Three steps lead up into the Pilot House from the companionway. The Pilot House includes the primary command stations & electronics for the vessel. This area provides a panoramic view of the boat and her surroundings and is comfortable in all weather. Just aft of the helm station is a settee with a teak table. A pass thru from the galley is behind the port settee cushion making it easy to pass items from the galley to the wheelhouse.
