Brokers Comment: Envoy is hull # 4 of our Nordhavn 35 series and was designed as a semi displacement, heavily constructed coastal cruiser for an adventurous couple who aren’t afraid to cruise away from the beaten path. The owners have regrettably decided to put the boat on the market after changes on their home front mean that time aboard will be limited. Tour of the boat – From the Main Saloon to the Owners Stateroom at the bow The main saloon is accessed from the stern of the boat through a large door on the starboard side. This arrangement allows for a large settee & table area off to port with a nice walkway through the boat. On the starboard side is an easy chair as well as book shelves and storage cabinets. Forward of that is the helm area which allows for 360’ degree viewing while running the boat. The boat is air conditioned through out for personal comfort. Galley: The step down galley is just forward of the saloon on the port side and is open to the salon for ease of conversation with friends or guests in the salon. The galley is laid out with ample storage for both beauty and ease of cleaning. The galley contains the following appliances:
Engine Room: At the aft end of the galley area on the starboard side is the door to the engine room that allows for easy access to all machinery necessary to run the boat. Venturing further into the engine room you will find the following equipment. The engine room is kept in immaculate condition.
Head: Just forward of the engine room door on the stbd side is a spacious head with a full stand up shower, sink and vanity mirror. Jabsco Quiet Flush freshwater electric head. New single handle Grohe faucet mixer (2008). Owners Stateroom: The owners stateroom is just forward of the galley and features a queen size bed along with many drawers and lockers for storage. The windows open in this stateroom to provide cross ventilation. There is also a fan mounted above the door as you enter the stateroom. Forward of the berth are two hanging lockers and access to the anchor locker. List of Navigation / Entertainment Electronics: (Helm Area)
Exterior Tour of the boat starting at the stern: The swim platform off the stern makes for easy entry aboard either from the dock or the water using the swim ladder. Once on the aft deck you will notice a nicely sized deck with a couple of lounge chairs. Access to a large lazarette is gained through the hatch in the floor. (Plenty of storage)
Boat Deck: The boat deck is where a tender can be kept and launched using the Warn electric boom winches. (New 2008) These are part of the mast and crows nest assembly. This is also where the Radar and other electronics antennas are mounted. Weaver dinghy davits (2008) and turnbuckle tie-downs for tender. Fwd Deck: The foredeck is kept clear for anchoring duties using the Muir VRC2500 windlass and the matched 60lb custom stainless steel (plow) anchor mounted on the stainless steel bow pulpit. Rode is 400’ of 5/16 HT chain. Also included with the sale is a spare rope rode w/ Fortress Anchor. The foredeck has a saltwater wash down faucet powered by a Groco pump. Brokers Summary: This boat is in great shape and is absolutely turn key and ready to cruise. She comes complete with a full coast guard safety package along with the dock lines and fenders. Also included are this years new bedding, upholstery and window treatments (2008). Just add fuel, food and yourselves and you can be off and running.
