INTRODUCTION:

The Nordhavn 46’ is a true timeless classic and arguably the most traditional and stylish of the Nordhavn line.  The benchmark for offshore ability, economical operation and luxurious accommodations.  A proven performer!

“Failte” is hull #69, of 82 built  and includes all of the latest advancements and improvements developed in this model.  She has fiberglass fuel and water tanks, newer interior design detailing, larger bow thruster, AGM batteries and much more. The interior layout has the master stateroom-forward.  Soft goods include custom bound-edge carpets, custom bed coverings, and window shades in the main salon.

The original and current owners of Failte took delivery in 2000 and are now considering moving up to a larger Nordhavn.  Since taking delivery of their 46’ on the shores of Texas, they have cruised her off the coasts of Texas, Louisiana, Florida, on the Tombigbee Waterway, the Tennessee River and Kentucky Lake. There has been a real pride of ownership with “Failte” which shows in the vessels excellent condition.  Equipped to continue a safe and superior life style on the coasts  or on the ocean,  for many years to come!

“Failte” is a US Coast Guard documented vessel.  All recommended maintenance on machinery and equipment has been completed to manufacturer’s requirements.  The hull has been cleaned and waxed on a regular basis and new bottom paint was applied in April 2007 which included the installation of prop speed.  This is an excellent opportunity and great value for anyone interested in purchasing a very well kept and outstanding long-range passage maker.
