Nordhavn 47 - "Kellie Anne "

Kellie Anne is hull #10. She is supremely equipped, two stateroom model. She is a delight to the eyes, the interior is very tastefully decorated, absolutely would rate at the top of the 47 list in that department. The overall layout of instrumentation is for ease of accessibility and functionality, a demand and follow through of the ex- Airline Pilot/Owner. ACCOMODATIONS:
Entering from the cockpit brings you into the saloon/galley area. To starboard is a dinette and custom granite table, to port there are two Ekornes leather chairs and a granite topped cabinet. Forward of the dinette is the GE washer and dryer compartment. All lighting throughout the entire yacht is Italian Cantalupi lights with optional dimmer switches in saloon, pilothouse, owner stateroom and guest stateroom & rope lighting in saloon. The Nordhavn 47 galley is impressive and Kellie Anne boasts many upgrades to the already impressive standard list of included options! The Stove & Oven is a Thermador model, the GE convection microwave, GE dishwasher, Sub Zero refrig/ freezer 700TC with an ice maker, Cantalupi lights added to the undercounter areas, granite counters, raised backsplash, under counter mounted double S/S sink and fixtures throughout the yacht are Grohe. Up five steps from the saloon/ galley area brings you into the large command center of Kellie Anne. The center piece of this pilothouse is the Stidds helm chair and the vast array of navigational electronics. There is a large pilot berth aft of the settee. All doors are Diamond Sea Glaze and the doors are all dutch style. Four RED overhead lights have been added for night vision. Very well thought out placement of equipment.

Proceeding below from the pilothouse, there are storage lockers and a Sub Zero freezer in the companionway, that brings you into the stateroom areas. The guest stateroom is forward and has a large desk to starboard. A pipe berth is above the double berth to port. There are numerous drawers and lockers that provided an impressive amount of stowage space. For ventilation purposes, there are three Lewmar Ocean Series hatches, dorades and four portlights with deadlight covers. Heads are Royal Atlantis freshwater flushing toilets, granite counters and separate stall showers with glass shower doors. A very nice convenience factor is the central vac. System! Owner’s stateroom is located amidships. The owner’s berth has a custom HMC mattress. There are numerous drawers and two large hanging lockers, book shelves and a dresser with mirror above. The OSR head is commodious and has numerous storage cabinets, also in the shower. Both staterooms have custom bedding and appointments. The engine room door was ordered with the optional upgrade of teak facing. All opening portlights are fitted with stainless screens and deadlights for safety. Equipped with marine air and pre-plumbed for Hurricane heat.

Access to the engine room is through a walk-in; insulated Diamond Sea Glaze door equipped with door dogs and a window. There is also a door accessing the lazzarette from the engine room too.
