ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT:

Entering the yacht either at the port or starboard side-boarding door provides access to the foredeck or the cockpit.  There is a watertight entrance door from the starboard deck to the galley/saloon, and from the cockpit to the saloon.  Additionally, there is a separate engine room access door from the starboard side deck.  The cockpit is equipped with an oversized swim platform for diving; bait tank, aft control station, hot & cold shower, storage locker with a sink, garbage disposal, fish cleaning station and a stern anchor windlass.  Entering the saloon from the cockpit, you go through a watertight double door.  The saloon is expansive.  To starboard there is a large dinette.  To port there is an entertainment center and two teak chairs.  Leather upholstery throughout.

The galley is on the forward end of the saloon.  Counter surfaces are Corian.  There are two swivel barstools at the outer side of the counter.  At the forward end of the galley there are two Sub-zero refrigerators and one Sub-zero freezer.  On the outboard side is the stove/oven and microwave above.  Additional galley equipment consists of a trash compactor, garbage disposal, over counter lighting and abundant storage.

Stepping across from the galley is another watertight entrance door leading to the starboard side deck.  Also, a stairway leading to the pilothouse, which may be optionally closed off with a door.  In the after end of the P/H, there is a captain’s quarters with an enclosed head/shower.  Forward of the captain’s quarters is a raised L-shaped settee and table.  Under navigation table is a bridge refrigerator/freezer and a large chart storage drawer.  There is a deluxe Stidds helm chair.  All exterior windows have stainless framing.  Visibility from the pilothouse is excellent.  There are port and starboard watertight doors leading to the Portuguese bridge and aft upper deck.  Aft upper deck is equipped with a freezer, rocket launcher type rod holders, and a flopper stopper system for use at anchor.  There is access to the forward deck from the Portuguese bridge.  There are storage lockers on the foredeck and the upper aft deck.

Back inside and continuing forward from the saloon/galley area is the passageway to the staterooms.  Center to port is the owner’s stateroom with an enclosed head and separate stall shower.  At the forward end is a writing desk and storage drawers, an owner’s safe and a weapons locker.  Across from the owners stateroom is the work/utility room, which is equipped with washer and separate dryer units, ships electrical distribution panels, and engine room entrance.  The engine room door is watertight.  Continuing forward there are two guest staterooms, one to port and one to starboard.  Each has a double berth and an upper single berth with an enclosed head and separate stall shower.  Continuing forward through the portside guest head is the crew’s quarters and berthing for four.  There is a head with shower at the forward end of this stateroom.  Access to the crew’s quarters is also accomplished via a foredeck hatchway which doubles as an emergency exit.  The chain locker is all the way forward.  There are three collision bulkheads.
