Brokers Comment:

“Mirador” has been lovingly cared for by her knowledgeable owners who previously owned a Nordhavn 55. After many years of cruising they have decided to come ashore and pursue other interests. They have actively cruised on "Mirador" for the last 6 years but no longer have the time necessary for boating, and therefore have regrettably decided to put her on the market.

Tour of the boat – from the main saloon to the guest quarters at the bow

The interior of “Mirador” is teak with a satin finish. All living spaces are cooled by Marine Air reverse cycle air conditioning. The main saloon is accessed from the stern of the boat through a large door. This arrangement allows for a large settee on the starboard side along with two (2) Ekornes Diplomat chairs w/ a cocktail table. The portside features a wrap around settee w/ a large dining table. Also hidden behind the port settee is a TV lift for a 42" flat screen TV. Under & behind each settee there’s abundant storage areas. Also included just forward of the port settee is a wine cooler.

Galley:

The galley is at the forward end of the saloon and offers large granite countertops that can be used for passing items to the saloon or breakfast bar area. The gas cook top is at the far end of the galley allowing the cook to enjoy the view while underway. Also as part of the galley there is a pantry for dry goods plus ample storage is available in the lockers around the appliances. The custom tile floor adds to the appearance of the galley. The galley contains the following appliances:

• Sub-Zero # 736TC refrigerator/freezer
• Double sink
• (2) Sub-Zero freezer drawers
• GE Advantium microwave convection oven
• GE stainless steel gas cooktop
• GE Monogram 12" trash compactor
• GE stainless steel 220V electric oven
• Insinkerator 3/4 hp garbage disposal
• Miele 18" space saver dishwasher
• Xintex propane gas sensing system

Pilothouse:

A few steps up from the galley lead up into the pilothouse from the companionway. The pilothouse includes the primary command stations & electronics for the vessel. This area provides a panoramic view of the boat and her surroundings and is comfortable in all weather. Just behind the Stidd captain’s chairs is a settee with a teak table. Above the settee is a double berth w/ privacy curtain which keeps the crew close during overnight trips. The pilothouse also includes a custom ordered day head which is convenient to both the pilothouse and salon.

The boat deck is aft of the flybridge and it is where the tender is kept and launched using the davit. Forward of the tender area is a storage garage and an enclosed gas pump & tank to fuel the tender. Also mounted on the boat deck is an 8-person Viking liferaft. This leaves the portside of the deck open for a sun sitting area. Access to the boat deck from the back of the boat is managed by a ladder with a custom safety hatch.

One of the best places to entertain while underway is the flybridge. The flybridge is sheltered from the sun by a custom FRP hardtop. Behind the two Stidd chairs is a teak table and sitting area.
