Brokers Comment:

“Miro” has now moved from here in the Northeast to Stuart Florida for the winter season. She is currently being prepped / detailed for cruising in Southern Florida.

Her owners are moving up to a Nordhavn 60 and with that boat coming along they realize this boat has to go. They are ready to entertain all offers.

Tour of the boat – From the Main Saloon to the Guest Quarters at the bow

The interior of “Miro” is teak with a satin finish. All living spaces are cooled by Marine Air reverse cycle Air Conditioning. Floors are teak/holly soles throughout the boat. The main saloon is accessed from the stern of the boat through a large dutch door. This arrangement allows for a large settee’s on both port & starboard sides. This gives the salon a very open feel and is complimented by a Pompanette Hi-Lo table that can be moved around and opened up to provide a good size dining area table. Under & behind each settee there is abundant storage area’s The upholstery has just been upgraded to ultra-leather over this past winter. Additional rope lighting was built into the valances for accent lighting.

The galley is at the forward end of the saloon and offers large granite countertops that can be used for passing items to the saloon. The galley sink is pushed back into the aft corer of the galley which opens up ample storage on the countertops as well as the lockers surrounding it. The custom tile floor adds to the appearance of the galley. The galley contains the following appliances:
