OLD CROW is a wonderful example of classic Arthur DeFever design, and one of the nicest models built by American Marine/Grand Banks. The bright and spacious salon with adjacent galley, built-in and free-standing furniture, as well as the Dickinson diesel fireplace make this area a cozy and inviting living space. The pilot house, with great visibility for driving the boat and doors either side for easy access to the side and foredecks, has its own charms as a social and lounging area. Living spaces below decks are warm, comfortable and inviting. For outside living, the well-protected cockpit, spacious foredeck and boatdeck with safety rails offer numerous options.

The Alaskan design, along with the other Grand Banks trawlers built in this era out of teak and other Asian hardwoods, were extremely well-crafted and fitted out, and with proper care, many have held up well over time, and continue to provide great service. OLD CROW is definitely a great example of a classic boat that has enjoyed exceptional ownership by her three owners since new – a perfect boat for coastal cruising or comfortable living aboard.

Asking price just dropped $20,000. Owners are ready to move on, and reasonable offers will still be considered. This is one of the exceptional “woodies.”

Additional: An exceptional addition to OLD CROW is the custom full boat canvas! From bow to stern, caramel colored canvas with Eisenglass panels at strategic points that allow for light and 'windows' while onboard when full canvas is on. The Spar that supports the canvas on the bow area was also a custom feature that is a piece of art in itself. The cost of $10,000 was invested in this canvas package that keeps this classic Grand Banks protected from the winter elements.
