“Rest Assured” is without a doubt one the nicest Nordhavns ever built. She is loaded with options and top of the line equipment. Custom interior, state of the art electronics and audio she truly has it all. I have personally traveled more than 3,000 miles on this gorgeous yacht through all kinds of weather and can tell you she is ready to take her new owners safely and comfortably across any ocean in the world. She has had a full time crew since new and her very knowledgeable captain has kept her in perfect condition; mechanically and cosmetically.

So why is this beautiful, less than one year old yacht for sale? Her owners have been so impressed with the quality and outstanding performance that they have contracted us to build them a new Nordhavn 86!

ACCOMODATIONS:

“Rest Assured” has three levels of outdoor seating space which compliments her wonderfully spacious interior. In the large aft cockpit area there is outdoor teak furniture. There is a double Jen Air grill with a stainless steel sink over a built in storage unit with multiple compartments

And includes a QM-45 ice maker in the port console.  You enter the salon through a water tight door. The salon layout is designed as an open concept which allows for maximum storage. Along both outboard port and starboard walls there are built in storage cabinets. The large salon windows offer spectacular viewing especially while anchored in your favorite ports of call. The decor is nicely done with designer furniture, custom beams, custom blinds and custom raised panels on doors and drawers. Custom ceilings and LED lights throughout vessel.  There is also a custom built wine glass storage cabinet with back lighting, Northwest fine woodworking custom dining table and chairs. Sony flat screen TV on a vertical lift. There is a Bose surround sound system in the salon area and aft cockpit for both TV and Bose stereo units. To starboard there is a watertight Dutch door in the galley area for deck access. To port there is a day head with sink, down steps to the forward master stateroom with en-suite head and shower. Down 5 steps (custom storage area underneath) to the laundry area to Starboard and head and shower to port, aft to port is a guest stateroom with over and under bunks and to starboard the VIP guestroom with en-suite head and shower. Continuing aft you enter the superbly well thought out engine room through a watertight door, aft through another watertight door is the lazarette. Back in the galley area are the access stairs to the spacious, custom designed pilot house with watertight Dutch doors to port and starboard. Aft of the pilot house is the Captain’s cabin featuring a custom twin bed and en-suite head and shower and an access door to the aft deck that features a stairway to the flying bridge. The forward boat deck is accessed from the pilothouse down a couple of steps from the Portuguese bridge area. The flooring throughout the interior is Teak and Spruce and carpeting in the salon and dining area.

·       AC sytem – Vessel is fitted with (2) 240 volt AC. House shore power is fed through a 12KVA isolation transformer. The air conditioning may be operated from the house shore power or from its own dedicated shore power inlet which is equipped with a galvanic isolator. The air conditioning maybe operated from either 50 Hz or 60 Hz current. Current is distributed through custom PAE electrical panels containing 240 volt AC and 120 volt AC sections, volt and amp meters and individual breakers for functions

·       Two – Outback VFX3524 3.5 KW volt battery charger/inverters with remote control panels. Inverters are installed in a “series/stack” configuration enabling the vessel to have 120 volt AC and 240 volt AC inverted power. Electrical panel is fitted with an inverter bypass switch in the event of failure

·       AC outlets are standard US format in black 120 volt AC.

·       All outlets in head compartment and galley are GFCI type in black
