Download Help for Microsoft Windows:

  • The most important thing to remember is that when you click the download link, you must choose "Open" (or "Run").
  • If you choose "Save", you can either find the file on your hard disk and double-click it, or just click the download link again and this time choose "Open" (or "Run").
  • You may need to reset the start up time for your screensaver, which can be adjusted in your computers Display Properties. To get to the properties, right click on your desktop, and hit the screensaver tab, and then change the minutes to desired length before start up.

If the download still doesn't work, try resetting your Internet Explorer Cache.

  1. Start Menu/My Computer
  2. Click the right mouse button on your C: drive and choose Properties
  3. Click the "Disk Cleanup" button.
  4. Make sure the button labelled "Temporary Internet Files" is checked.
  5. Click "OK"

Method B:

  1. Start Menu/Internet Explorer
  2. From the Tools menu, choose "Internet Options"
  3. Click the button labelled "Delete Files" (in the middle section).
