Chris, We do have a SSB radio (Icom M710) with ham frequencies. We are not licensed ham oerators so do not use those frequencies. Even with the SSB detuned to 20 watts it greatly affects our autopilot. Starting in Mar Del Plata, Argentina there is a Chile SSB net on 8164 kilohertz at 1200Zulu. We will try to listen in and possibly talk on our trek south.
