Hi, I was wondering what Egret's destination is in New Zealand? Would love to see you on arrival.

As you know, all cruisers' plans are written in sand at low tide however our plan at this time is to make landfall in NZ somewhere in the Bay of Islands Decmber 07. We have our two sons and family visiting around Christmas so will stay relatively close to Auckland. After we plan to sail Egret down the east coast to Nelson for the remainder of the season. Mary and I would be happy to meet with you and your boating friends when we are settled in NZ and give you a tour of Egret with which - by then - you will be well acquainted.
