Cabin side (vertical surfaces): Foam or equivalent cross-linked foam

Cabin top and deck (horizontal surface): E.G.B. 9-12 lbs per sq ft

Hull interior: solid series of laminates

Deck/hull joint:

Between deck and hull flange: 3M 5200

Inside of joint: Two (2) layers mat and woven roving

Mechanical fastening: 1/4" (6.35 mm) x 20unc thrubolt on 6" (15.2 cm) centers where accessible. In areas that cannot be accessed self-tapping machine screws used

Longitudinal Stringers:

Hull: port and starboard, engine beds, and floor stringers - topside stringers -longitudinal and vertical

Deck: per design

Interior floors:

Ballast:
Internal lead 4000 lbs (1493 kg) - glassed in place (approx 1/2 weight of fuel)

Hull Color: Arocoat #340 Grey

Deck - Ferro "Super Shield" White

Non Skid - Arocoat - to match CCP #A139 Grey

Boot top - Arocoat - Dk Blue #348
