Exterior Deck Hardware

Teak trim varnished. Teak cap over hull/deck joint 1 1/4". (4) S/S chafe guards inlayed into teak cap rail forward.

All horizontal surfaces on deck to have a diamond pattern non skid as shown in deck plan - standard non skid to be a contrasting color to parameter deck

Stainless 316 handrails 1 1/4" diameter

A. Aft wheelhouse P&S
B. Door to foredeck P&S
C. Fwd cabin top 36" high
D. Steps up to foredeck from side deck P&S

Nine (9) S/S 316 Hawse fittings: P&S per drawing 5" x 10" #62002-02-ALT1 plus one on aft center line

Two (2) S/S 316 bollards one (1) each P&S per drawing (D08-NH12)

One (1) 15" 316 S/S cleat aft of windlass (D07-15HS-Z2)

Upper rub rail cap to be 316 stainless steel 2 3/8W x 3/8" thick fastened with flush stainless steel fasteners. Stainless steel caps on upper and lower rub rails as shown in design

Lower rub rail cap to be 316 stainless steel 1 1/2"W x 5/16"T

Stainless steel 316 ports in hull and deck as shown on design to be fitted with exterior bezels with fasteners welded to backside and built with tempered glass with thickness of 12 mm. Port positioned as follows:

A. (2) stb side hull 8"
B. (3) pt side of hull 8"
C. (3) fwd face of deck house 5" fixed type
D. (1) fwd face of salon 8"
E. All opening ports to be fitted with screens and deadlights.

Stainless steel 316 double bow roller - roller on starboard side to be slotted for chain and the port roller to be smooth for line - roller to be built per P.A.E. design 62-018-R-2

Stainless steel 316 bow and stern pulpits and stanchions to be 1 1/4" diameter. Bases to be round with fastening stud welded on bottom; except upper deck which will be fastened with flat head screw

Dbl lifelines on foredeck and upper deck to be 5 MM dia 7 x 19 SS wire covered with vinyl. Bases to be round with fastening stud welded on bottom; except upper deck which will be fastened with flat head screws. All bases to have drain holes on bottom

Windshield wipers: Vetus parallel sweep RW20DL (long stud) for three front windows

Horn: Khan #3520 dual trumpet.

Deck hatches: per deck layout design, Lewmar (10) 83005S (4) 87005S to include screens.

Deck entrance to crew quarters to be raised FRP "turtle" design with teak and acrylic sliding hatch and teak bin boards.

Dorade vents: have FRP box with standard TS style 316 SS cowl vent and be positioned as follows:

A. Two (2) single discharge vents over pilothouse
B. One (1) single discharge vent over crew's quarters
C. One (1) double discharge vent to service the two guest staterooms

Aluminum doors by Pacific Coast Marine as follows:

A. (1) 21" X 64" (no window) Crew cabin fwd - PCM-070-B
B. (1) 21" X 69" (round window) Engine room - PCM-071-B
C. (2) 22" X 73" (rectangular window) wheelhouse.
(1) 20" X 70" (rectangular window) Salon fwd PCM-072-C
D. (1 set) 50" X 69" (rectangular windows) Salon aft. Double door PCM-082-C
Notes: Three Salon door windows to be gray tint. All other
door windows to be clear. Doors to be painted Sterling
"New Hatteras White".

FRP frame windows as follows

A. (7) 24" X 30" Fixed window 1/2" tempered glass
B. (1) 36" X 22" Fixed window 1/2" tempered glass
A. (9) 24" X 22" Fixed window 1/2" tempered glass
B. (5) Forward fixed window 1/2" tempered glass
C. (2) 28" X 22" Curved window 1/2" laminated glass
Notes: All Salon windows to be gray tint. 7 forward facing Wheelhouse windows to be clear. Side and aft
wheelhouse windows to be gray tint.

FRP radar mast with radar mount per dwg #62-036 with pad eyes & rigging

Boarding doors: port and starboard - opening in two pieces. Top to fold up and over and bottom to open outboard. Stern door on stb side aft per drawing. Doors to have Freeman "blind" dog lock/handles.

FRP and stainless steel swim step per dwg #62-023-02 with removable S/S posts designed to keep dingy from accidentally sliding under swim step.

1000 LB capacity hydraulic davit mounted on foredeck centerline per drawing. Davit sized and positioned to launch dingy from either side of deck to either side of boat.

B. Faucet Grohe 33.790-IL
C. Cutting board

Bottom treatment: (3) layers of epoxy barrier coat and (3) coats Micron CSC "extra" anti-fouling paint. Color - red

Access door to area under pilot berth in pilothouse.

P-S running lights to be mounted on wheelhouse roof per dwg #62053-02

Upper deck to drain thru scuppers.

Anchor well to drain thru-hulls.

P&S storage lockers in Portuguese bridge.
