You Don't Have To Wait For The Perfect Nordhavn

Fall 2004 has been a remarkable time for us here at Pacific Asian Enterprises. Fresh off our record-setting Nordhavn Atlantic Rally , the marine world is abuzz with talk of our convoy of Nordhavns that crossed the Atlantic Ocean this past summer. Managing to continually out-do ourselves, we're still high from the recent debut of our newest designs: the Nordhavn 43 and 72.   And the lid is ready to pop on news of the next new Nordhavns down the pipeline - the Nordhavn 55 and the all new 40/II. We have experienced a growth in sales that's not been seen since the age of the dot.com...It seems we're getting our message across to more and more people: a Nordhavn, the most rugged of boats - the passagemaker that's proven itself time and time again - represents not only the magic carpet ride to your dream locale, but a bankable investment as well. Perhaps nothing is more telling than our brokerage selection: for the most part, sellers are recouping the majority of their investment. And that said, a pre-owned Nordhavn on the market does not stay pre-owned for long.

While Nordhavns have become a hot commodity, it has sometimes made for bad timing. You're ready for the adventure of a lifetime, but the boat of your dreams isn't just yet. But there are opportunities to be had, and PAE has a couple of golden ones ready for the right person.

Case in point is a brand new Nordhavn 57 about to be shipped from the Ta Shing factory. Hull #38 is a wide-body boat configured with three staterooms. This layout is ideal for a couple who employs a captain and crew or has a family or large social network. It's the same layout as the Atlantic Escort , the 57 that inspiringly lead the 17 other boats from Florida to Europe. At no point during the trip did Atlantic Escort have less than 7 crewmembers traveling on board - all in the safety and comfort of the 57 feet.

As evident in the photographs, hull #38 has the reverse pilothouse windows alluding to her salty demeanor. And she's come outfitted with the best equipment capable of handling anything the world's waterways want to throw at her: ABT TRAC stabilizers, bow and stern hydraulic thrusters, a large stainless davit, electronic controls and a wing engine.

Tough as she is, her interior lends itself to an elegance reserved for most mega-yachts. All seating is swathed in sumptuous leather, while granite lines the countertops in the galley and heads. A reverse cycle air conditioning system has been installed for optimum comfort in the heat of the tropics or during brisk nights in Alaska. All the while, her owners can relax while watching movies on the giant plasma television which is operated on a lift system.

For more details on hull#38, please contact us and our staff will be happy to give you the information you need. At this point, the shipping route is flexible. Hull #38 departs from Taiwan this week on a container ship and is scheduled to be discharged in Los Angeles, but the same ship continues on to Miami. So if an East coast buyer should step forward prior to December 15, we can leave her on the ship for a Florida arrival of approximately January 3, 2005.

With extremely attractive pricing, you don't want to let this opportunity pass you by. Like most Nordhavns, this one surely won't be around for long.
