Phil Arnold Engineering Manager
Phil began his career in the marine industry in the, then booming, Southern California sailboat industry. After designing and engineering sailboats for several years he moved to spar and rigging design, working on a wide variety of designs including several Americas Cup projects. For fifteen years Phil led the engineering group at Cabo Yachts, a world class sport fishing boat builder. Work with the design engineering team and project managers keeps Phil busy at Nordhavn. Dave Harlow Commissioning Manager and Project Manager – Nordhavn 60, 63, 75EYF, 80
A lifelong boater, Dave signed on at P.A.E. in 1990 and has had roles which include delivery captain, salesman and project manager. David Jen Engineer, Inspector
David Jen is PAE’s “eyes and ears” on site at the Taiwan and China factories. He is a graduate of the prestigious National Cheng Kung University of Taiwan where he majored in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. With his 15 years of experience in the boatbuilding business, proficiency in three languages and superb engineering, management and people skills, David is an invaluable resource who stays very busy with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. Mike Jensen Project Manager – Nordhavn 60, 63

Drew Leishman Project Manager – Nordhavn 41, 59, 76
Drew reflects the next generation of PAE staffers who started as teenagers in entry level positions and worked their way up the ladder having served various facets of the company. The decade-long process has given Drew across-the-board experience and knowledge, providing invaluable aid in his new role as Project Manager. Drew started his PAE career in 2008 as part of the Nordhavn Southeast commissioning team, and after a year took time off to attend a Marine Systems Program to acquire his International IYRS credential. In 2011 he returned to his roots in California to join the Southwest commissioning department while simultaneously earning his ABYC certification. In 2017 he transitioned to the Engineering division to assist in systems engineering and technical writing. Sky Scott Chief Operating Officer
Sky Scott has been with Pacific Asian Enterprises, Inc. (PAE) since 2001. He started out managing the Purchasing and Materials Handling Department which supplies materials and equipment for our overseas production. He moved on to Production Team Leader, coordinating scheduling and shipping of new builds and keeping production on track. In late 2016 he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, working with all departments at PAE in our pursuit to build the highest quality and reliable ocean fairing vessel. Trever Smith Project Manager – Nordhavn 86, 96, 120

Mike Telleria Engineer/ Technical Writer With nearly a decade of time at Nordhavn, Mike currently handles the electrical system design for all boats, serves as a compliance officer to ensure boats meet ABYC and other applicable standards, and oversees the production of the owner’s manual and drawings provided with each boat. Mike brings a rich mixture of engineering experience and writing talent to the Nordhavn team. Before spending a number of years as an engineer on commercial ships, Mike earned a degree in Marine Systems Engineering from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY, and an unlimited U.S.Coast Guard 3rd Assistant Engineer's license. He also spent more than 10 years in the world of recreational boating journalism as an editor for titles including Sea, Lakeland Boating and Go Boating – and currently writes articles for Professional Boatbuilder magazine, Boating magazine and others. Justin Zumwalt Project Manager – Nordhavn 40, 43, 52, 64, 68
Like much of the staff, Justin Zumwalt started at P.A.E. on the commissioning team. After years of outstanding performance, Justin was named Commissioning Manager and soon after, he became the project manager of the 57, 64 and 68. He has logged thousands of miles helping to deliver boats and as a crew member of the Around the World voyage.
