Exterior Deck Hardware

All horizontal surfaces on deck have a diamond pattern non-skid as shown in deck plan. Standard non-skid to be a contrasting color to parameter deck

Chocks for mooring lines:

* Transom: stainless steel with attached cleat - recessed x one (1)

* Transom sides: stainless steel with attached cleat - recessed x four (4)

* Amidships: stainless steel with attached cleat - recessed x two (2)

* Bow: stainless steel with attached cleat x two (2)

* Cleat: 12" (30.5 cm) stainless steel cleat at bow x one (1)

Lower and upper rubrails FRP with a stainless steel cap - rub rails integral to hull

Ports: Oval 16" x 7" (40.6 cm x 17.8 cm) stainless steel ports in hull as shown on design with tempered glass - all hull ports to include stainless steel deadlights. Five (5) in hull - One (1) in galley. Six (6) total

Ports: Oval 28" x 12" (71.1 cm x 30.5 cm) Stainless steel ports in hull. Two (2) total in owner's cabin port side. Ports to have Stailess steel removable dead lights.

Stainless steel double bow roller to accommodate a 110 lb (50 kg) Bruce or 105 lb (47.6 kg) CQR anchor on starboard roller and the port roller to be designed for a second light anchor or for mooring lines. Roller on starboard side to be slotted for chain and the port roller to be smooth for line - roller to be built per PAE design

Stainless steel stanchions around foredeck to be 1-1/4" (3.2 cm) diameter. Pulpit to be 1-1/4"(3.2 cm) diameter

Stainless steel boat deck support stanchions in the cockpit to be 2" (5.08 cm) diameter.

Windlass: A Maxwell 24 volt VWC 3500 windlass to be mounted on a molded FRP base with foot switches and remote control at wheel house helm.

Foredeck hatches to be Lewmar #Ocean 70 x one (1) and #Ocean 40 x two (2) with Lewmar insect screens.

One (1) Freeman #2442-0002 over chain locker.

Inline blower to provide forced ventilation from inside Portuguese Bridge to owner's cabin x one (1)

Dorade vents at aft end of foredeck: molded FRP to service guest cabin x two (2)

Davit: Steelhead WD800 Yacht Crane, 8' (2.4 m) reach, 24 volt

Windshield wipers: Imtra 2-speed with auto park RC524992 - use EX2108K parallel arm x four (4), with window wash system

Horn: Kahlenberg K-380, compressor/tank kit, and 12 volt solenoid valve

Transom door: opens outboard

Boat deck rail to be 1-1/4" (3.2 cm) diameter

Deck box on foredeck to have hinged lids with latches and gas shocks and access doors from Portuguese Bridge

Two removable "U" shaped stanchions for swim step

Stainless steel swim ladder mounted on swim step

Stainless steel ladder into lazarette


Engine controls: Morse model #31001-001 Twin S with Glendenning A5805 control cables

Wheel: 16" (40.6 cm) Stainless steel wheel with steering knob

Deck drains: (Per PAE deck plan)

Foredeck/ anchor well: Two (2) 2" (5.08 cm) scupper drains through boot top P&S and two (2) aft at fwd end of P/B to drain through boot top P&S.

Side deck: Two (2) 2" (5.08 cm) scupper one (1) mid and one (1) at the bottom of the stairs to P/B. Additionally there will be nine (9) large 14" x 6" (35.6 cm x 15.2 cm) freeing port with flaps to drain large amounts of water. Six (6) to starboard and three (3) to port

Cockpit: Four (4) 2" (5.08 cm) scuppers, (2) aft port & stbd side, (1) forward port side, (1) mid stbd side.

Boat deck: One (1) 1" x 6-1/2" (2.54 cm x 16.51 cm) scupper Stbd side forward

Flybridge: Three (3) drainage holes with gutters draining to either port or stbd scuppers. Total (2) P&S & (1) center of settee

Side deck boarding door to be two piece. Top to hinge and fold up and over and bottom to open outboard. Use freeman "blind" dog set to secure door.

All exterior locker doors to use Diamond Seaglaze flush hatch dogs
